PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER.
Shipping:
- Currently all Shipments are via mail, no Facility pick-up is available at the moment.
- Our signage products are only available for shipping within the Continental United States.
- We offer standard ground shipping and aim to process and ship orders within 1-5 business days after receipt of payment.
- Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the products ordered, and the shipping destination.
Returns:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 10 days of receipt.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition.
- Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive instructions on how to proceed. You can email us at fulfillment@signguysnyc.com
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping costs for the return.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned products in good condition.
